FAQ
Q. How long do our candles burn?
Burn time depends on the size of the candle and whether it's a container candle or a figure candle. A normal size container candle from 4oz to 6oz burns for around 10 hours. A 7oz up to a 12oz will burn around 20 to 25 hours. A large container candle from 14oz up to 20oz will last from 30 to 45 hours and so on. The figure candles are not really made to be burned, but if you decide to burn one, make sure you place it on a plate, cup, or something that will contain the melting wax and not cause a fire. Figure candles will burn from 1 to 2 hours depending on their size.
Q. What wax do you use?
We use Soy Wax — a natural, plant-based wax made from soybean oil. Its benefits include a cleaner, soot-free burn that protects indoor air quality, a lower melting point that makes candles last 30% to 50% longer than paraffin, and a highly eco-friendly, biodegradable, and renewable composition.
Q. What fragrance do you use?
We use ClearScents from CandleScience, specifically formulated, tested, and rated for high performance in soy and natural waxes. They are 100% phthalate-free and adhere to strict safety standards.
Q. Do you offer custom or personalized candles?

Q. How should I care for my candle?
To get the most out of your candle and ensure safe burning, follow these tips:
- Keep candles away from kids at all times.
- Do not burn in direct sunlight.
- Trim the wick after each burn.
- Never leave your candle burning unattended or during sleep.
Also remember: on the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the container before extinguishing — this prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of your candle. Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each use, and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Q. How should I store my candles when not in use?
Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Sunlight can fade the color and cause the wax to soften or sweat. Keep the lid on (if applicable) to protect the scent and prevent dust from settling on the wax surface.
